Swimming pool

What hours does the pool have?

Hotel Europa's Skypool is generally open from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and there is no need to reserve access. NB: hours may vary depending on availability and attendance

How much does the skypool cost?

Hotel Europa's skypool has no additional charge for use and is included in the reservation rate

Is the pool heated?

Unfortunately, the pool at Hotel Europa is not heated.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Parking

How to reach the hotel?

Hotel Europa is in Piazza Catena 13, in the wonderful historic center of Riva del Garda (TN)!It is close to the ZTL but not located within it. It is located on the main street called Via Monte Oro and for this reason it can be easily reached by car

Can I reach Riva del Garda by bus and where is the nearest bus stop?

Riva del Garda can be reached by bus with the Trentino Trasporti, A.T.V. and S.I.A. lines; even without a car you can easily move around the area.The nearest bus stop to the Europa Hotel is on Viale Giosuè Carducci. From the stop you can also reach Rovereto train station by taking the B332 line buses.

Do you offer a cab service?/Do you offer a transfer/shuttle service? Can I book a transfer?

Hotel Europa is connected by a cab service to major airports and train stations in the area. Click here to find out about our NCC (Rental with Driver) service.

Can I leave the car in the garage after check out?

You can leave your car in the parking garage even after check-out, until 12:00 noon.

Is there a ZTL to get to your place? How can I get to the hotel? Can I enter the ZTL?

Hotel Europa is not in the ZTL but is located on the main street. Specifically in Piazza Catena, 13

How far is the garage?

The hotel has a private parking garage adjacent to the facility and another contracted parking garage 50 meters away.

How much does parking cost?

By booking directly on our website, parking is bookable and costs €10 per night 50m away unattended. It is also possible to have it at the hotel at a cost of €12 outdoors. By booking your stay with Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, HRS, other portals or travel agencies, the cost of parking is €15/night and is not bookable.

How can I pay?

You can pay by ATM, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners or cash upon check-in, with no need to leave a deposit. Checks are not accepted.

Until when can I cancel my reservation for free?

Generally, cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival at the hotel and can be made by emailing us at info@hoteleuropariva.it or calling us at 0464 557809. Depending on availability/period, the free cancellation date may vary up to a maximum of 7 days in advance.Reservations made on the site can be cancelled by clicking on the “Cancel or change your reservation” button within the bar located at the top of the various pages. We encourage you to check your reservation confirmation for cancellation policies.

Are children welcome? How much do children pay?

Yes, children are welcome at Hotel Europa. Here are the conditions for children's stay:Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge (with two paying adults in the same room).Children under the age of 12 stay in an extra bed paying 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).All persons, 12 years of age and older, stay in an extra bed paying 30% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).For more information, you can refer to the general conditions.

How can I change the period of stay?

Is a credit card required to book?

Credit card information is required to reserve a room. The latter will be held only as a guarantee of the reservation. Actual payment will be made at the facility upon check-in.

Is the hotel accessible to the disabled?

Hotel Europa, is wheelchair accessible and has a number of rooms adapted to meet such needs. These rooms are specially designed to accommodate people with disabilities to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. The rooms are spacious and accessible, with furnishings and solutions designed to meet the needs of all guests. In addition, bathrooms are fully equipped with specific assistive devices, such as grab bars, walk-in showers, and seats, to ensure greater independence and comfort during the stay.

How can I get the Garda Guest Card? What Does It Include?

Garda Guest Card allows you free entry to major museums, castles and nature parks, free use of public transportation, discounts at participating establishments, and access to exclusive services such as guided tours, skip-the-line tours and tastings. To get it, simply make a request at the front desk once you arrive at the hotel and you will receive it by e-mail

What time is the check in time?

The room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of special needs, contact us

Do you provide cribs for children?

Our guests may request a crib for their child for an additional fee of €10 per night. NB: the crib can be used by children from 0 - 4 years old

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out?

Certainly. You can leave your luggage at the hotel at the front desk even after checking out.

Can I rent a bicycle? Do you have bikes for children?

Hotel Europa allows its guests to rent city bikes for free! The service can be booked subject to availability at the hotel reception. Take advantage of it, visiting Riva and its surroundings by bicycle is a wonderful experience.

Do you have wifi?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.The service is completely free of charge.

Do the rooms have balconies?

Not all rooms at the Europa Hotel have balconies. For this very reason we never guarantee it 100%. In case you prefer a room with a balcony we kindly ask you to write us here Contact Us and we will do our best to give it to you

Can I bring animals, dogs, cats or other pets?

We are happy to accommodate cats, dogs and other small animals! There is an additional charge of 13.00€ per night for your four-legged friend's stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/breakfast room and pool area
