Useful information on your booking

and I’m in charge of Reception here at Hotel Europa.
My daily goal is to make you live the perfect lake view holiday … so here is some general information about the Hotel Europa.

General information
Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and in all communal areas.
No compensation shall be paid for departures prior to the scheduled date, or for any meals not consumed.
Check-in
Your room will be available from 2pm.
Check-out
Your room should be vacated by 10am (option for late check-out available on request, charge applies).
Children
Children aged 4 and under stay for free (with two paying adults staying in the same room).
Children aged 11 and under stay in an additional bed for 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room).
All children aged 12 and up stay in an additional bed with a 30% discount off the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room).
Rates
The quoted rates are per room, per day, including Italian VAT.
The quoted rates do not include the tourist tax (€2.50 per day, applicable to all guests aged 14 and up).
Payment methods
We accept Bancomat, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash. We no longer accept cheques.
Booking conditions
Down payment of 30% or credit card to guarantee the booking, details to be provided by telephone, email or fax. For stays purchased via our site, the conditions included in the confirmation notice shall apply.
Conditions of cancellation
You will not be charged for changes to or cancellations of your booking that are made 5 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Changes to or cancellations of your booking that are made 4 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date shall be subject to payment of the entire booking cost, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
In the event of departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, the entire cost of the stay shall be charged.
Pets
Small pets are welcome on request, with a supplementary charge being applied of €13 per day. Pets are not permitted to enter the restaurant or the breakfast room.
