Smoking is prohibited<\/strong> in all hotel rooms and in all communal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No compensation shall be paid for departures prior to the scheduled date, or for any meals not consumed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Children aged 4 and under stay for free (with two paying adults staying in the same room).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children aged 11 and under stay in an additional bed for 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All children aged 12 and up stay in an additional bed with a 30% discount off the full rate (with two paying adults staying in the same room).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The quoted rates are per room, per day, including Italian VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quoted rates do not include the tourist tax<\/strong> (\u20ac2.50 per day, applicable to all guests aged 14 and up).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For stays purchased via our site, the conditions included in the confirmation notice shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By booking your stay with the BeSafe rate<\/a><\/strong>, you will be guaranteed insurance coverage of up to 100% for your trip<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation conditions<\/h4><\/div>

You will not be charged for changes to or cancellations of your booking that are made 5 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to or cancellations of your booking that are made 4 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date shall be subject to payment of the entire booking cost, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, the entire cost of the stay shall be charged.\n<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
